30 days or more before the reserved reservation dates, a full refund of your deposit will be issued minus 30% for administrative and bank charges.
29 to 15 days prior: refund minus 50%.
14 days or less and No Shows: no refund

To confirm and secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required, payable through PayPal. Remainder can be sent in the same manner, prior to arrival, or payable in cash (us dollars) at check-in. Once you have sent us a reservation request and we have confirmed availability, you can then pay your deposit to hold the reservation, using the secure PayPal payment service at no cost to you.
